We like the Xbox One X. Sony's PlayStation 4 consoles might be more popular, but the One X is the most powerful gaming console you can buy, and the best choice if you're going all-in with a new high-resolution, 4K HDR TV.
We gave it an 8/10, (also awarding it our coveted WIRED Recommends seal of approval) because it can play every Xbox One game and improves the visuals and load times of a most of them. Microsoft has also done a great job making old Xbox and Xbox 360 games compatible, so the back catalog is thousands of titles deep. From the latest hits like PUBG to older faves like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, the Xbox One X has a mighty fine selection of titles.
The worst part about the One X was its steep price, which was $100 more than the PS4 Pro. But, right now, that's less of a problem.
Rakuten has the Xbox One X for $400 (Was $500) until the end of the day May 16. Just enter the code ALT85 during checkout.
You might not shop at Rakuten, but it's a trustworthy marketplace. The seller for this deal is Altatac, which appears pretty reputable, with about 17,000 reviews. They have a 30-day return policy. Once the deal ends, the normal price is still $15 lower than what you'll find on Xbox.com.

Apple Watch Series 1 for $149 (Was $249) - This is the first Apple Watch. It still works fine, though it's not waterproof. Apple may be getting ready to discontinue it, though we think it will still get updates for at least a couple years. For now, Apple is still selling it, as well. Amazon has it for $194, for reference.
