*"Tomiris" is a new historical sword-and-sandal epic about Scythians from Kazakhstan. It's kind of rare to see a chest-pounding patriotic flick about steppe nomads.
*As a plus (I guess) the bad-guy is Darius the Persian, a guy the ancient Greeks didn't much care for. I haven't seen this movie, but I rather hope it includes tattooed women, copious use of hashish-tents and burial in permafrost ice-tombs, since those were particularly famous Scythian habits.
