OLIGARCHS AWAY: Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has become an Israeli citizen and has moved to Tel Aviv after his British visa expired, leaving his future in the U.K. in limbo amid ongoing tensions between London and Moscow over the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal. Immigration officials told the BBC the Chelsea F.C. owner was interviewed at the Israeli embassy in Moscow last week. Abramovich landed at Ben Gurion Airport on Monday morning, where he met with Israeli interior ministry officials and received his Israeli ID card, the Jerusalem Post reported.
