Estonia, located along the Gulf of Finland, has recently moved towards promoting itself here in Dubai. Earlier this month, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced plans for the opening of the Enterprise Estonia representative office in Dubai before the year-end. Enterprise Estonia is a state-run trade and investment promotion agency.
Last year, a Tallinn-based company Nortal was reportedly lending its expertise to helping Dubai become a paperless government by 2021....
