*This utter rarity – a silent film that's entirely lost – was apparently the last silent film version of "Frankenstein" and probably the first Italian movie that could be properly called a "horror film."
*The director, Eugenio Testa, was a Turinese guy. There's nothing left of the movie but scraps – one still, and a few newspaper ads.
