Art and Spectacle at the OGR in Torino

*I can't go to this show, because I'm out of town, but I wish I could. Of all the many industrial ruins in Turin, the "Office of Grand Repair," which used to repair railway engines during the Belle Epoque, was the biggest, most eldritch, and the most scarily ruined.

*Yet they've managed to drag this colossal, tree-eaten heap back to civilization, through the sheer force of music, food and the local culture industry. It's a civic triumph.
