She’s the author of the WIRED Guide to Genomics: How Genome Sequencing Will Change Our Lives, and her bylines can be seen in WIRED, Nature magazine, the New Statesman, and Daily Mail Good Health, among others. In 2023 she was named Freelancer of the Year by the Medical Journalists’ Association. She is based in London.
