Contributors

Krysia Mazik is a senior lecturer in marine biology at the University of Hull in the UK. She is interested in the structural and functional ecology of marine and estuarine benthic communities, sediment processes, pollution, toxicology, and data analysis.

Magnus Johnson is senior lecturer in environmental marine science at the University of Hull, with interests in crustaceans, fisheries science and management, and statistical programming.

Rodney Forster is a professor at the University of Hull and the lead of Hull Marine Laboratory. His current research projects include investigations into kelp forests, coastal ecosystem restoration, and the effects of offshore windfarms on the marine environment.

Sue Hall is a senior lecturer in marine biology and ecology at the University of Hull. She is an intertidal marine ecologist trying to understand the dynamics of the communities inhabiting rocky coasts, especially those on man-made structures, and how we can use ecological engineering to enhance biodiversity.
