Graham Webster is a lecturer and research scholar in the Stanford University Program on Geopolitics, Technology, and Governance, and editor-in-chief of the Stanford DigiChina Project. He is author of the newsletter Here It Comes, exploring the interplay of US-China relations, technology, and climate.
