Caroline Marshall Reinhart recently graduated with an MS degree from Stanford University’s Doerr School of Sustainability. As a college student, she wrote pieces on environmental justice and water politics. Her thesis and accompanying work investigated military pollution at Fort Ord in Monterey, California, and the resulting public health consequences.
