Video: Captain America Transforms From Punk to Hunk

Talk about extreme makeovers: The new clip for Captain America: The First Avenger sets up the Marvel Comics-based World War II saga by following the transformation of beanpole weakling Steve Rogers into a muscle man, thanks to the ministration of a supercharged military pod.

Chris Evans (Fantastic Four) stars as Rogers, who, in his new identity as Captain America, takes orders here from a tough Army commander played by Tommy Lee Jones.

Captain America: The First Avenger , directed by Joe Johnston (The Wolfman), opens July 22.
