This month’s do it yourself printable craft, is Geeky Valentines of course! You’ll be happy to know that these images and their accompanying slogans have already been geek kid tested.
My own 10 year old daughter (who has impeccable taste, the highest of standards and the loudest of opinions) has pre-screened these for not only adorableness, but tween relevancy and humor. She has declared them “pretty good”.
There are two versions of these Geek Valentines. One black and white, and one in full color. Now keep in mind, you have two options with the black and white version. Your kid does not have to commit to the task of coloring 30 valentines for class. Instead you can inform the recipient that they can color the valentine themselves. It’s a valentine and an art project. It’s, you know, fun! (At this point in my pitch to my daughter, she rolled her eyes. Nice).
If you’d prefer to blow out all your color ink cartridges, by all means, go for the color one. Actually the colors I chose are printer friendly, in that, this sheet of valentines should chew up all your cartridges at a pretty even pace. So you’ll probably have to replace them all at the same time. I planned it that way. You’re welcome.

La
