Is Michael Scott in charge of recreation at Bagram Air Field?

One of our friends stationed at Bagram forwards this life-imitates-The-Office email announcement about a run later this month to commemorate World Rabies Day. You know, like the classic Office episode where they organized a run to cure the (treatable) animal-borne disease? And vomit-related hijinks ensued? (There's even a Facebook page for it.)

Subject: World Rabies Day 5K Run (UNCLASSIFIED)

A World Rabies Day 5K Run will be held on 28 Sep 2010. Registration forms are located at the Rock Gym and the Clamshell Gym. 200 hundred T-shirts will be handed out on the day of the run on a First-Come, First-Serve basis.

POC is:
SSG R

Might this be the t-shirt in question?

As it turns out, there actually is a World Rabies Day on September 28. And that should serve to remind us that rabies is no laughing matter.
