Bad news for those hoping to play a game based on DC Comics' The Flash: While such a game was in development, recently leaked images from an unannounced, BottleRocket Entertainment-developed game hint strongly toward it being cancelled.
The online portfolios of artists Bryan Johnson and Veronica Lynn Harper both include images reportedly from the game. The former includes screenshots showing the titular character, while the latter displays a handful of character renders.
It's important to note that this is the same BottleRocket Entertainment that made headlines recently when their updated, 3-D Splatterhouse was repossessed by rights holder Namco Bandai. The status of the company has since been in question, with no official confirmation of any other products they may have had in development.
