
Is Moscow about to gobble up South Ossetia -- the breakway region that sparked the Russia-Georgia war? It depends on who you ask.
"Yes, undoubtedly, we will become part of Russia. We are not planning to make some kind of independent Ossetia," Eduard Kokoyty, president of South Ossetia, said today. According to Interfax:
