Fans excited for the other big arcade fighter from Capcom this year, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, prepare to be even more excited: Mega Man is joining the fray.
But it’s not the pixelated Blue Bomber that you might be imagining: It’s actually MegaMan Volnutt from the Mega Man Legends spinoff series.
A new trailer also introduces a new character on the Tatsunoko side of the equation: the villainous Doronjo from the Yatterman anime. A new series in currently airing on TV in Japan and enjoying a resurgence in popularity, and so this reveal should make a lot of Japanese fans very happy.
Also, I absolutely love the over-the-top tiptoe sneak attack move she has — assisted by henchmen Boyacky and Tonzler — that you can see at the 1:33 point of the embedded video.
With the cast we already know about, this brings the current lineup to 14. The game is expected to come out in Japanese arcades in December.
