That's actually Foxkeh, the browser's mascot in Japan. We got a sticker pack the last time we visited Mozilla headquarters -- apparently they're tough to come by outside of Japan -- and we've been sticking them on our iPhones as a way to exercise our imaginations. Nothing against Safari, we're just sayin'.
For now, you can make Foxkeh your own official Firefox mascot with the browser's Foxkeh add-on.
