Every year protesters against the weaponization of space stake out the National Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I’ve always found that odd, because my main complaint about this conference was that there was a tad too much on civil space for my reporting interests.
Anyhow, normally, these protests are small and quiet, but not this week, when protesters videotaped "a redneck, war profiteer, neocon" attacking one of their members.
Now, personally I think the protesters are being totally presumptuous and unfair to presume this guy is a defense contractor. I’m betting NASA.
