Hammering away at YouTube and Funny or Die, the music/comedy/parody act The Boy Cruise broke onto the mainstream media's radar recently when its parody songs and videos got a plug from the unlikliest of sources -- Fox News.
Rupert Murdoch's crew of news bulldogs took notice of the group's Middle Eastern farce, Iroq, perhaps expecting some profound political punch.
But it's just comedy, stupid -- aspiring to more of a Sacha Baron Cohen, Beastie Boys or (dare I say) "Weird Al" Yankovic tone than any far-reaching commentary.
