We all saw Sharon get zapped by the Pentagon’s pain ray, the Active Denial System. Now, 60 Minutes’ David Martin is getting blasted, too.
Unlike Sharon, he was performing for the cameras — so he had an added incentive to look tough. Once you factor in the tee vee element, and examine both videos, I’d have to say that Sharon took her Active Denial zapping a lot better.
Plus, when was the last time Martin got hit with a sonic blaster?
