
An iPod owner has filed a class-action suit against Apple, claiming that exclusionary linkage of the iPod and iTiunes illegally restricts consumer choice in an effort to monopolize the digital music market.
Stacie Somers of San Diego filed the suit Dec. 31 in U.S. District Court in Northern California, seeks unspecified damages and a halt to the allegedly anti-competitive behavior. Apple, which has been handed a few of these lately, ain't talking.
