Rolling out on Vodafone's airwaves, the Sammy has a glowy blue vibe that adds cold glamor to the Apple-like lines. But it's the specifications that draw real interest: a 3 megapixel camera, HSDPA speed and a touchscreen.

The tester offers no conclusions, but offers an exhaustive tour of the features, including the Croix user interface that seeks to make non-multitouch touchscreens sexy.

Voda owns about half of Verizon, so there's a good chance that'll be the U.S. carrier if and when it heads west.
