This is an open-source logo, designed by Neuros, for content creators to slap on media that isn't shackled by digital rights management (DRM). It's got some pedigree in the area, too: Neuros makes the OSD, a Linuxurious DRM-free media recording box.
I like the idea, but the implementation could be sharper: the horizontal lines on the lock and the black shroud of shadow make it seem indistinct.
