Fuji Xerox's latest is both colorful and touchscreen-enabled, meaning that you can write on it with a stylus.
A flexible panel about a quarter-inch thick, it has three polymer layers (packed with cholesteric liquid crystal microcapsules, just like a cake) and could be seen in commercial devices within a century.
