Let us marvel at the power of the Facebook group. On November 15th, after a group on the social networking site demanded the "is" within members' status bar be removed (and gathered support from more than 176,000 members) Facebook is caving. On their developers blog, the site announced that the cut would be happening soon.
The collective voice is victorious once again.
