Google has posted the official SDK and documentation for its new Android mobile OS, and developers should take note – there's money in them thar apps.
Yes, Google
plans to give away over $10 million in no-strings-attached money to Android developers. Those interested in participating in the Google gold rush can peruse the project at code.google.com/android. There are some video overviews to be found there, and and tutorials like the one embedded below.
From a consumer standpoint there's nothing to see here. The 'droid you're looking for won't see the light of day for some time, but the release of the SDK means the developers can get busy building cool applications for your future phone.
