As we mentioned yesterday, not all Adobe applications work on Apple's new OS X 10.5 and while Adobe hasn't released much information regarding updates, the Lightroom team has announced that a new version addressing the Leopard incompatibilities should arrive "mid November."
The current shipping version of Lightroom, v1.2, has a number of issues that prevent it from working completely on Leopard. The following list from the Lightroom blog highlights areas where you may encounter problems with Lightroom 1.2 on Leopard:

Last night I bit the bullet and installed Lightroom. It's usable for the most part, but given the amount of data I have stored in Lightroom, which would potentially be at risk, I don't think I'll be using it until an update arrives — YMMV.
