Because apparently there are significant chunks of real estate in the world that do not have a Starbucks presence, designer Adam Kalkin and espresso giant Illy Coffee have come up with a mobile cafe that folds up into a box and unfolds with the push of a button.
New Yorkers can see the first unit deployed at Time Warner Center between Nov. 29 and Dec. 29.
