Video Fix: Laser Checkpoint Control

Civilian deaths at checkpoints in Iraq have prompted the U.S. military to look at "dazzling lasers" that would signal for cars to stop (and by temporarily blinding drivers, is supposed to prevent suicide bombers from ramming the checkpoints).
