No, really: stash a Trackstick in your pocket, and that's exactly what you'll be doing. Containing a GPS receiver, the device reports where you are at regular intervals, and sets up a personalised Google Earth mashup that traces the tracks of your movements.
It runs on two AA batteries and can contain 1MB of reportage, uploaded to your machine via USB. As a receiver, it can't be tracked through the GPS system, but that kind of thing is much more expensive: the Trackstick II is "only" $160 or so. It's smaller than it looks, too: about an inch and a half long.
