Hurling one's computer out the window might be a disturbance of the peace, but German police clearly sympathized with the idea, having declined to charge a German computer user who gave his box the old heave-ho.
The man, 51, from Hanover, surprised neighbors in the early hours of Saturday morning with a "loud crash," and told first responders he had "simply got annoyed with his computer." Unfortunately, there's no indication of what operating system/hardware combo was at fault.
Police ordered him to clear up his mess — the street was littered with computer components — but didn't so much as issue a warning. "Who hasn't felt like doing that?' a police spokesman told London's Metro newspaper.
