Thank you, Steve Jobs, for convincing the world that at absolutely no time in our lives should we be away from the ability to hear music of our choosing. Atech Flash's iCarta is pretty much the end of the line when it comes to always-on tunage. It's an iPod dock and speakers with an integrated toilet paper holder. That's right, this is an iPod dock that is supposed to go right next to your commode. While I'll leave untouched the question of whether any of this is sanitary, do consider the message you're sending to visitors to your home: You can't even relieve yourself without busting out a little Avril Lavigne. We can only thank God there's no remote to drop in the toilet. —Christopher Null

WIRED Four speakers, big sound, easy controls. Can be used with TP (arms outstretched) or without (arms collapsed). Wall mounting hardware included. Includes line-in jack and USB plug for MP3 players without iPod dock connectors.

TIRED No battery option: You're stuck with a power cable running through your bathroom. Construction quality feels a little chintzy. What, no antibacterial plastic? Weak bass (Aww jeez, we just complained about the bass output on a toilet paper holder).
