MySpace for WoW Players

A few days ago I was forwarded a note from the creators of Warcraft Social Network. Which, similar to an ice cream social, brings people with common interests together (ice cream, WoW) to upload photos and leave comments on each others’ profiles.

Warcraft & Social : No longer an Oxymoron

Warcraft Social Network is a social utility that connects you with other players in the game. Registration is totally FREE and easy.

You can use Warcraft Social to:

* Share information with online friends and guild members.
* Find people to play with on your server
* Connect on a more personal level by viewing photos of other warcraft players
* Look up the jerk who just ganked you.

I dig the last bullet particularly, but there’s an as-yet-unimplemented guild listing utility that looks like it could be quite useful.

I maintain that we are in the twilight of WoW, so I wish this had come along earlier. But I’d encourage you to get an account, as the place is not quite hopping.
