The responses range from flippant to researched, but the gist seems to be that Alliance PvPer, for whatever reason, don’t know what the hell they’re doing and refuse to listen to those who do. The most informative reply includes the observation that the Alliance side is generally younger, as well:

because i play both factions, i may shed some light for you.

the majority of the alliance on my server are under age 19. their inmatury level is blatently dominate when we play the battle grounds. most of them care about themselves and not the group. that leads to them hk farming, or "i am the hero i'll do it myself" type of attitudes.

on the horde side of things..

the horde on my server tend to work well in groups together, they have a form of unity to a point. they are all there for the same reason, and there is no I in team according to them.

There’s no I in TEAM, but there is one in PENIS.
