Okay, my second favorite part of Halloween, after familiar cartoon characters dressed up as other people, is other people dressed up as familiar cartoon characters. Of course, we don't get the full majesty of the latter until people send their Halloween photos in, so that's why now is the time for the annual Homestar Runner Costume Pageant and Mockery Fest.
