The ClipBandits are calling themselves "the world's first Web band," because they've collaborated solely over the Internet, and don't even know each others' names. Claiming to be the first anything is dicey on the Web, but I have to admit that it's novel to see a band playing over synchonized video feeds. Music's better than I would have guessed, too.
