First penis transplant reversed after two weeks
While the penis worked for urination, it did not function sexually, and apparently remained swollen.
Seems to me like this couple could benefit from learning about other forms fo sexual intimacy, using the tools available to substitute for a nonworking penis, and spending time discovering the husband's other erogenous zones (yes, men have other erogenous zones). They might be surprised to find that other areas of his body will become more sensitive to compensate for the loss of sensation in his damaged penis – but they won't find out which parts unless they try.
